PRODUCT NAME：Polyolefin transparent agent DB-650

Product Properties: 

DB-650 is a polyolefin transparent agent, which can be usedin polyethylene and polypropylene to regulate the crystallization behavior andgreatly reduce the crystal size, thus reducing the haze and improving thetransparency of products.DB-650 can also improve the gloss and thermaldeformation temperature of polyolefin.

Applications:

Used in extrusion, injection molding, molding andother processes, like LLDPE and LDPE products; PP stationery; photoelectricprotective film; PP/PE plastic bottle caps.

Method：

Dosage: 0.1%-0.4% to available optimum performance.

Mixdispersion:

Put DB-650 transparent agent and powder/granuletogether,and mixed at high speed, then pelleting.

At high speed mixing, a small amount of white mineral oil canbe added to promote the bonding and dispersion of nucleating agent powder and polypropyleneresin.

DB-650transparent agent also can used in high-concentration masterbatch.

Extrusion granulation:

Granulation with twin screw extruder or single screw withhigh strength mixing capacity, good dispersion is helpful to improve thenucleation effect and physical properties of DB-650.

Process parameters according to the conventionalpolypropylene process Settings, don't need to do much adjustment, extrusiontemperature suggested above 230 ℃.

Packing:  5kg/10kg bags, thenpackage in carton.

Storage: Placed in dry, avoid light environment.
