PRODUCT NAME：Glycerol monostearate

Glycerinmono-stearate is white or pale yellow waxy solids or powder, odorless andtasteless, insoluble in water, soluble in aliphatic alcohol, benzene andketone. Stable dispersed system is formed by self-emulsify when strongly shakewith hot water. The HLB of Glycerin Mono-stearate is 3.9-5.3. Glycerin mono-stearateis used as a multi-purposed emulsifier with the good properties of emulsion,dispersion, stability, foaming, anti-static, filming and anti-aging.

Application:

Foodprocessing: As emulsifier, stabilizer and antioxidant of starch, in cakes and butteretc, and also as excellent emulsifier for coating agent and foaming agent.

Plasticprocessing: As non-toxic plasticizer, anti-aging agent and foaming agent to improvesoftness, plasticity and antistatic in the process of EPE&PVC.

Cosmeticand Medicine: Used in cream and liniment to improve dispersity and stability.
